The OECD – Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development - brings together the governments of countries committed to democracy and the market economy from around the world to support sustainable economic growth and trade. They are best known for their ‘Economic Outlook' published twice per year in May and November, country analyses and statistics.
The World Bank: www.worldbank.org
The World Bank is the international organisation set up to focus of global development and Poverty Relief. This is a great site for up to the minute commentary on global growth and development issues. They produce an annual ‘Global Economic Prospects' report in December of each year.
The IMF: www.imf.org
The International Monetary Fund (IMF) has a membership of 185 countries, working to foster global monetary cooperation, secure financial stability and facilitate international trade, growth and development. Provides short term credit to economies in crisis. They produce regular economic growth forecasts.
